Oh the joy of being an older runner!!
First came the knee pain then the shin splints. Today I suffer from tendinitis in my foot. I've had this pain for a month. I can barely bend my toes and I walk with a limp.
The biggest problem with tendinitis?
Laying off. I used to welcome days off from workouts but now I'm having a difficult time taking the weeks off in order to heal.
Next half marathon is less than 8 weeks away so no rest for the weary one who runs like an old lady!!
